The Role:
Elevating the Guest Experience

As a full-time member of our Property Care team, you will be responsible for ensuring our portfolio of luxury apartments and vacation rentals is maintained to the highest international standards. You are the final set of eyes that ensures every guest’s first impression is one of perfection.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Turnovers: Execute professional cleaning of high-end properties following guest check-outs, ensuring every room meets our signature "white-glove" standard.
Staging & Presentation: Arrange linens, towels, and amenities to match our professional photography standards, creating a welcoming visual story for arriving guests.
Property Inspections: Act as our "boots on the ground" by identifying and reporting any maintenance needs or supply shortages to the management team.
Supply Management: Monitor and restock essential guest amenities (Kalamata olive oils, premium toiletries, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience.
Quality Control: Maintain the "Lithos & Key" standard of excellence, ensuring that floors, windows, and surfaces are flawless.
