The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, multifaceted professional to be the operational backbone of our growing business. This role combines guest relations, property operations, marketing creativity, and executive support — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact.
What You'll Do

Manage guest communications and resolve issues with warmth and efficiency

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and contractor schedules across properties

Meet guests on-site for key handoffs and problem-solving

Create engaging social media content with photos and videos

Visit properties under construction and report to the Leadership Team

Design and contribute to marketing materials

Update property listings and manage booking platforms

Provide executive assistance with planning and decision-making
What We're Looking For

Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or admin roles

Photography and video creation skills

Comfortable with Canva, Video Editing, AI tools, and social media

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Flexible schedule (occasional evenings/weekends)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
