The Role

 

We're seeking a dynamic, multifaceted professional to be the operational backbone of our growing business. This role combines guest relations, property operations, marketing creativity, and executive support—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage guest communications and resolve issues with warmth and efficiency

  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and contractor schedules across properties

  • Meet guests on-site for key handoffs and problem-solving

  • Create engaging social media content with photos and videos

  • Visit properties under construction and report to CEO

  • Design marketing materials using Canva and AI tools

  • Update property listings and manage booking platforms

  • Provide executive assistance with planning and decision-making

What We're Looking For

 

  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or admin roles

  • Photography and video creation skills

  • Comfortable with Canva, AI tools, and social media

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Flexible schedule (occasional evenings/weekends)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach

  • What languages do I need to speak for this role?
    You must be fluent in both Greek and English, both written and spoken. This is essential as you'll be communicating with Greek-speaking contractors and service providers, as well as international guests and property owners who primarily speak English.

 

  • Is this a remote or in-office position?
    This is primarily an on-site position based in Kalamata, Greece. The role requires physical presence for guest meet-ups, property visits, contractor coordination, and construction site inspections. However, some administrative tasks can be completed from home with flexibility.

 

  • What are the working hours?
    This is a full-time position with standard business hours, but you'll need flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends. Guest check-ins, emergencies, and property issues don't always happen during 9-5, so adaptability is important.     You don't need to be a professional photographer, but you should be comfortable taking quality photos and videos with a smartphone or camera for social media. Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms is what we're looking for. We'll provide training on our brand standards and content style.

 

  • Is a car required for this job?
    Yes, you need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You'll be traveling between properties, meeting guests on-site, visiting construction sites, and coordinating with contractors across Kalamata. A personal vehicle is essential for this role.
